Pre-order terms
Pre-order pieces are made for you. Here is how paying and shipping work.
Deposit now, balance later
Some pre-orders take a deposit. You pay the deposit within 48 hours of ordering to keep your place. When your piece is ready we ask for the balance, and you have 72 hours to pay it.
Places
Each pre-order has a set number of places. When they are gone the pre-order closes.
Ship date
The ship date on the product is our plan. If it moves, we tell you by email and on your order page.
Changing your mind
You can cancel before the balance is requested and we refund your deposit. After that, the piece is made for you and can only be exchanged for size.
