If something is not right, tell us within 14 days of delivery.
Ready-to-ship pieces
- Return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and have their tags.
- Start a return from your order page or your account.
Pre-order pieces
- Made for you, so they can be exchanged for another size within 14 days of delivery.
- They cannot be returned for a refund unless they arrive damaged or wrong.
Refunds
We refund to the account you paid from, in the same currency, within 7 days of receiving the return. Shipping costs are not refunded unless the item was damaged or wrong.
